Over the years, there has been a lot of speculation over the so called, "Full Moon Effect". Some data has supported the fact that there is some correlation between human and animal behavior during a full moon. Increase in crimes, hospital visits, and aggressive behavior.

A study done by Reagan Wells was conducted in 2007. She managed to uncover a correlation between more emergency visits for cats and dogs during the period just before or after a full moon. And that cats and dogs alone had a 28% greater chance of visiting the vet surrounding this event.

But because there is no solid evidence (yet) to prove the theory, it is up to you whether you agree or disagree. But the most important thing of all is your pets safety, so I am going to give you a few tips on how to keep your babies safe.

Tips

-Keep your pets near you

-Prevent them from going outside unless leashed

-Supervise interaction with other animals
